Matthew Rontal
In 2010, Dr. Matthew Rontal joined The Rontal Clinic. During training at the University of Michigan, Dr. Matthew Rontal took a special interest in issues of the anterior skull base. This interest was expanded during a fellowship in Craniomaxillofacial and facial plastic surgery at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Matthew Rontal then began his practice with world-renowned craniofacial surgeon, Dr. Ian Jackson, and worked with Dr. Jackson until his retirement in 2010. At The Rontal Clinic, Dr. Matthew Rontal has continued to focus on the breadth of facial and craniofacial reconstruction, aesthetic facial plastic surgery, and surgery of the anterior skull base. He has co-authored book chapters on facial trauma and on approaches to the craniocervical junction. Dr. Matthew Rontal has lectured locally, regionally and nationally on these topics and recently become a board member of the Minimally Invasive Neurosurgical Society.
