Co-payments and deductibles are expected to be paid at the time services are provided.
We accept cash, check, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and debit cards. If you are unable to make the required copayment at the time of your appointment, a $10 administrative fee will be added to your bill.
There is a $25 charge for all checks returned from your bank
